The Hensafe Solar Panel loves sun! Please make sure you install the solar panel is a flattish position, in full sunlight and can be kept clean! DO NOT install under a tree, in a tree, under netting, on the side of your chook house or between two buildings. The you require more than 3 metres of cable please purchase our extension cable.
If a product is faulty we are happy to replace. However if the product no longer works as it should due to misuse the product will not be replaced. If you feel that the product is faulty please return to Hensafe Pty Ltd, PO Box 90, COLDSTREAM, VIC 3770 with a covering note for testing.
