Our batteries are specifically designed for our doors and cannot be purchased from battery stockists. Our batteries are 14.8v lithium battery pack, 2600 Milliamp hours, LED display with an in-built battery management system.
Replacement Hensafe Battery
Your Hensafe Battery does not like to get wet, nor does it like to be flat. Please ensure your Hensafe Battery is always pretected from the weather and that your Hensafe Solar Panel is in the correct location to ensure your battery lives its happy and fulfilling life of around 3-5 years.
If a product is faulty we are happy to replace. However if the product no longer works as it should due to misuse the product will not be replaced. If you feel that the product is faulty please return to Hensafe Pty Ltd, PO Box 90, COLDSTREAM, VIC 3770 with a covering note for testing.
